Mumbai, Aug 17 (PTI) Former Australian cricketer BrettLee, who is making his acting debut with "Unindian", says hedoesn’t know if he misses playing cricket as he is exploringhimself as an actor right now. The 39-year-old former fast bowler has teamed up withBollywood producer-director Anupam Sharma for romantic comedy"Unindian". "No, I don’t know if I miss cricket (or not). I amtrying out different things right now like acting," he toldPTI. Lee, may not be playing cricket anymore, but does followthe game. "They (Indian team) are going well. They have lot tooffer. (Indian bowler Jasprit) Bumrah has got good pace. ViratKohli is the best…He is world’s best," he added. Set in in Sydney, the English-language film tells thestory of the cultural challenges that two characters,–Australian Will (Brett) and Indian Meera (TannishthaChatterjee)–face as they get into a relationship. The movie was released in Australia last year andis set to hit the theaters in India on August 19. "My family loved watching "Unindian". The first fiveminutes of the film they were watching me as their son andthen Will the character and that to me is a compliment," Leesaid. The cricketer-turned-actor, who has a duet, "You’re theOne for Me", with legendary singer Asha Bhosle to his credit,has once again explored the musician in him with the upcomingmovie. "I had great time working with her (Asha Bhosle) onthe song. There is a song in "Unindian" I have written andcomposed," he said Lee also plans to hold music concerts. "There is a planwith myself and couple of other people of doing concerts," headded. The sports star has been to India on various occasionsowing to the cricket matches held here, but he hardly got timeto see the country. "I am getting to see India lot more today than it wasin the past. I was like going from airport to hotel to(cricket) ground. Now I am getting to see India and I amappreciating it," he added.
