India’s Minister of External Affairs, Sushma Swaraj has been quite in the news lately for using her power for a variety of good causes. Recently, she took up the role of ‘Fairy Godmother’ for a young couple in distress.
How it happened?
Tinu, from Fatehabad district of Haryana, and Jahna, from Kazakhstan, became friends through Facebook. Soon their budding friendship turned into love, and that’s when they decided to meet and get married. So, Jahna flew all the away from her far-away land to wed Tinu, and after facing few minor hurdles, they both finally tied the knot on 2nd June, following to Hindu traditions.
But the twist in their happy love story is that the ‘firang’ bride’s visa is due to expire on 1st August. This situation threatened separation for the freshly wed pair.
Sushma Swaraj, hearing of the couple’s worries, once again intervened as the “Super-heroine’ like she is decided to resolve the distress in style.

With the Minister’s backing hand, the couple is now joyous and hoping to get rid of the glitch in their love life very soon.
