In what could be the best way to promote cleanliness and public sanitation, it seems the Puducherry government is taking full advantage of massive fan following of South Superstar Rajnikanth in the region, as in a unique scheme to educate residents of Sellipet panchayat about the importance of building toilets in their house, the government has decided to offer free tickets of Rajinikanth’s much-awaited flick ‘Kabali’, for building toilets in their house.
The scheme inducted by the government after a survey by the district rural development agency which revealed that out of the 772 house in Sellipet village, 447 houses do not have toilets.
The government has announced this scheme, soon after the request of Lt Governor Kiran Bedi to Rajinikanth come on board as the Brand Ambassador of the Swachh Bharat scheme in Puducherry.
The film directed by PA Ranjith, starring Radhika Apte opposite Rajinikanth, will release on July 22nd in theaters in over 3000 screens worldwide.
