The summit is being held at a critical juncture, just after the adoption of Sustainable Development Goals agenda at the United Nations, and just before discussions on climate change at COP-21 in Paris on Nov 30-Dec 1.
During the summit, the G-20 countries will review the progress on decision taken at the last Brisbane Summit.
The summit leaders will also discuss global economy and strategies for economic growth and employment, different critical issues related with financial sectors including trade flow.
The vice chairman of the NITI Aayog and India’s sherpa at the G-20 summit, Arvind Panagaria, had said that G-20 Summit will focus on ensuring inclusive and robust growth through financial inclusiveness, implementation and investment for growth.
