Everybody travels. Whether you’re traveling for work or for fun, sometimes the gym is hard to squeeze in between meetings or family time.
With limited space and time we understand the tendency to skip over your workout. That’s why we created this list of quick and easy travel exercises that can be done anywhere.
Get out of bed and give me 20 – Putting aside a couple of minutes to do 20 crunches and pushups on the floor when you wake up doesn’t take long and helps you get the day started right.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you go to work in the morning. Taking the stairs burns more calories per minute than jogging
Go for a run- There are many cell phone apps that you can download to help you map running a route. A good run easily blasts away your calories!
Use your surroundings- Chair dips, Off the bed tricep presses, air squats, rock lunges, luggage bag curls, luggage bag overhead presses. The list goes on and on. Get creative with your exercises, you guys!
Rev up your heart rate- Do 100 jumping jacks (or four sets of 25 if you need to), 30-60 seconds of pushups, 30-60 seconds holding a plank, 30-60 seconds of lunges per leg, and 30-60 seconds of burpees. Then repeat two or three times.
