Whoops! Twitter bird pokes Rishi again!

Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has landed himself into many controversies ever since he joined on micro blogging site Twitter.

Be it beef being banned or his opinion on Deepika Padukone’s recent video, where he allegedly called women, “kamzor (weak)” he has always succeeded in grabbing the limelight.

The yesteryear superstar manages to court some controversy or the other, the latest one taking a lot of personal hues.

Here’s how it all started:

The twitter trouble started after senior journalist Barkha Dutt posted

Like we mentioned earlier, Rishi Kapoor isn’t really having a smooth sail on the microblogging sute.

Recently the actor faced the ire of Twitterati, when he posted a meme which made fun of Alia Bhatt’s IQ and Sonakshi Sinha’s weight on Twitter. However; it seems that Sona is not in the least affected by Rishi’s joke.

Sona said that she has seen the meme or versions of it before. The actress has stated that she is not upset with the veteran as he didn’t create it and he may have posted it just because he found it funny. Sonakshi further added that she’s OK with it and it needs to be taken the right way.

While Sona is all chilled out about this entire episode, her fans certainly weren’t. After Kapoor posted the meme, he was criticized by many and he later deleted the post.

 

All we can say is, after Abhijeet Bhattacharya and Hrithik Roshan, Rishi Kapoor is the new one on slot for twitter targets.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Rishi Kapoor is currently busy with his upcoming film Kapoor and Sons which stars Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra.
