Jennifer Aniston diet secrets out

Actress Jennifer Aniston may be going through a lot in her love life, but she doesn’t let that affect her diet and health routine.

Aniston, 36, took to her beauty brand Living Proof’s Instagram account and shared pictures of her breakfast, which included a poached egg, toast and sliced tomatoes and avocado.

She then followed it up with a picture of her “perfect salad” lunch–a Mediterranean salad with cucumbers, parsley, mint, feta cheese and pistachios. 

According the actress’ personal trainer Kathy Kaehler, Aniston eats five small, nutritious meals a day, with five, five-minute exercises and a run.
