Antonov An-225 Mriya

The Ukrainian Antonov An-225 Mriya took its first leap on December 21, 1988. The plane is currently in service and is one of the largest Aircrafts in the world. It can reach a maximum speed of 850 km/h and can take a maximum of 253,820 kilograms payload.

 

Airbus A380F

Built in secrecy to stop the monopoly of Boeing, Airbus A380 comes with double-deck and powerful four engines, which can operate on a maximum speed of 945 km/h while carrying 575,000 kg. Its potential clients include Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, and Qantas.

 

Boeing 747-8

Boeing built 747-8 in 2005 that comes with better fuel efficiency. 87 of Boeing 747-8 have been sold till now and the plane can cruise at a speed of 917 km/h while carrying 448,000 kg weight. It comes in two variants for carrying passengers and cargo.

 

Boeing 747-400 ER

Boeing 747-400 ER came into service in 1989 when Northwest Airlines introduced commercially. Although, 747-400ER is in service but, it is no longer in production. It can cruise at 912 km/h and can take a maximum of 412,775 kg weight.

 

An-124 Ruslan

An-124 Ruslan can travel at a maximum speed of 865 km/h and can take off with a maximum weight of 405,000 kg. It was also the same plane, which carried Putzmeister concrete boom pumps to Japan to help cool reactors damaged in the Fukushima nuclear accident.
