World is too happy to have a break from their regular diet days, this No-diet day.
6th May is observed internationally as no-diet day, dedicated to promoting a healthy life style and raise awareness of the dangers and futility of dieting.
International No Diet Day was created by Mary Evans Young in 1992. Mary is the director of the British group “Diet Breakers”. After personally experiencing anorexia, she worked to help people appreciate themselves for what they are, and to appreciate the body they have.
Thanks to Mary Evans, now for a day, in your calendar you can officially put a cross on Subway and indulge into eating some really yummy and no-diet stuff, for which you have been craving for really long now.
