New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday will deliver his New Year message to Governors using video conferencing.
The president will address the governors using the National Knowledge Network at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
This is the first time that the president will be using the National Knowledge Network to address all the governors.Â
The National Knowledge Network is a state-of-the-art multi-gigabit pan-India network for providing a unified high speed network backbone for all knowledge related institutions in the country.Â
