Date:

Srinagar: Indian army ensured water tight security and round the clock vigil in Kashmir ahead of assembly polls after a suicide bomber blew himself up near Wagah border on the Pakistan side, killing almost 60 people and injuring several others. The five-phase polls in Jammu and Kashmir will begin on November 25 and end on December 20.

The results would be announced on December 23.
