PM Modi congratulates scientists for success urges nation to celebrate

Date:

Bangalore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday congratulated the scientists for the success of the Mars Mission. Modi said that ISRO has joined an elite group of science research agencies who have been successful in the mission of reaching Mars and added that India is the only nation to be successfully in its maiden attempt. He lauded the scientists for creating this success for India in a budget even less than that of some Hollywood movies. Modi then urged the countrymen to celebrate this grand victory which has created history for India in the world. He also said that when India wins one cricket match, the entire country celebrates so this victory of the scientists is many times greater than the success of cricket.
