Disabled students demand equality from Modi on Teacher’s Day

Visually impaired students in Gujarat on Teacher’s Day demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should ensure equal social treatment and infrastructure so that disabled also get a chance to continue their education. The city got a talking ATM and blind friendly bank and cafeteria. Meanwhile, another student Shailesh said visually impaired students like him faced social discrimination. Students in Madhya Pradesh said they were excited to interact with the PM for the first time on Teacher’s Day. A student, Neha Pandey, said she would urge the PM to solve issues like unemployment and poor sanitation in Bhopal.
