New Delhi:Â Ruchi Ghanashyam, currently Additional Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been appointed the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of South Africa. She is a 1982 batch IFS officer.
She is expected to take up her assignment shortly.
