Gurgaon: After a smashing success of the pre-paid auto booths on Huda City Center metro station, one more is been put up at M G Road metro station. With this, Gurgaon now has a total of four pre-paid booths. Â
“One of the main reasons of the success of these booths is that they offer safety to the women and one can rest assured that the details of auto drivers are there with the police when one is boarding the auto,” said Alok Mittal, Police Commissioner.Â
The opening of the booth at MG Road is not likely to go down well with auto drivers but commuters were reasonably satisfied. “It is one of the busiest Metro stations in the city, I am happy that those who stay nearby can rely on autos without any apprehension,” said a resident.
