Mumbai: Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan has given the go-ahead to file a criminal case against Suresh Kalmadi for the unaccounted use of Commonwealth contingency funds.
PAC has said the Kalmadi-led Organising Committee of youth games has not given expense details and has held that the OC irregularly misused government and public funds.
The Commonwealth youth games were held in Pune in 2008. Kalmadi and the game organisers have been accused of diverting Rs 25 cr.
