Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina To Visit India From Sept 5 To 8

New Delhi: Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will visit India on a three-day official meet from 5th to 8th September.

The Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi confirmed the dates of her visit to India. He said that “Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina is also likely to visit Ajmer. In recent years, both sides have sustained a high level of engagement between the two countries.”

He further added that the visit will lead to strengthening of the relationship between India and Bangladesh.

Earlier, Bangladesh Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen while talking to newswire agency ANI said that “Bangladesh and India decided to implement the bilateral decisions ahead of Hasina’s India visit.”
