WATCH | Ananya Panday spices up Pati, Patni to serve a masala Bollywood

The trailer of ‘Pati, Patni aur Woh’, which was much looked forward to, is finally out now and is here to recreate the magic of the 1978 Sanjeev Kumar hit, the footsteps of which this movie follows.

The two minute forty-three seconds trailer which revolves around the life of Kartik aka Chintu Tyagi shows his funny struggle of trying to keep both his wife, which is played by Bhumi Pednekar and his crush, which is played by Ananya Panday.

The trailer shows the happy and content with his ‘Patni’ Bhumi only to be taken by a whirlwind when ‘Woh’-Ananya Panday- enters of his life and the chase-game begins. Right from quirky one-liners to the peppy numbers, the Pati Patni Aur Woh trailer offers everything that a masala entertainer requires.

Directed by Mudassar Aziz,the film is an adaptation of the 1978 drama of the same name, which featured Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha and Ranjeeta Kaur in the lead roles. The original one revolved around a married couple Ranjeet (Sanjeev) and Sharda (Vidya) and how things change after he gets involved with his secretary Nirmala (Ranjeeta).

The upcoming film is slated to release on December 6, this year.
