Mumbai: Actor Aditya Singh Rajput was found dead in his Andheri, Mumbai, flat. He was 32. The incident occurred on the 11th floor of the high-rise building where he lived; a close friend reportedly discovered him unconscious in the bathroom.
He was then taken to a nearby hospital by his friend and building watchman, where he was declared dead on arrival.
The incident has been confirmed by Oshiwara police, who are currently investigating the matter.
While the cause of death remains unknown, it has been alleged that the actor died of a drug overdose.
Aditya worked as an actor and a model in the industry and was also involved in production work. Aditya, who originally hails from Uttarakhand, starred in films like Krantiveer and Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara.
Rajput who started his journey as a ramp model, had also participated in Splitsvilla, a reality TV show. He had also acted in many TV shows and worked in casting.
