2nd November- oficially recognised as a day of celebration as it’s King Khan’s birthday. But guess who got the biggest surprise today? Well, it’s none other than his sea of fans because SRK’s recent blockbuster success ‘Jawan’ is now available on Netflix.
2023 is clearly the year of SRK with Pathaan in the beginning breaking the box-office records and how. Now with Jawan a Rs 1000 crore blockbuster that is still ruling people heart. And SRK is all set to bid adeau to 2023 with ‘Dunki’ later in December.
Well, 2nd November has given SRK fans all across three reasons to celebrate, first his birthday, second Dunki’s teaser release and third ofcourse Jawan’s extended version is now available on Netflix.
Jawan is an action thriller film co-written and directed by Atlee in his Hindi film debut. It is produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma under Red Chillies Entertainment. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan in a dual role as father and son who team up to rectify corruption in society. Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone (special appearance), Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra appear in supporting roles.
Jawan was initially scheduled to release on 2 June 2023, but was later postponed due to unfinished post-production work. It was theatrically released on 7 September 2023 in standard, IMAX, 4DX and other premium formats, coinciding with Janmashtami.
