Mika Singh arrested in Dubai on Brazilian teen‘s complaint

Singer Mika Singh has been arrested in Dubai for alleged sexual misconduct. He has been accused of sending obscene photographs to a 17-year-old Brazilian girl.

As per reports, he is currently lodged in Abu Dhabi jail. The singer was reportedly arrested at 3 am last night from Bur Dubai.

In her complaints, the teen said that he sent her inappropriate photos on WhatsApp.

Mika was in Dubai for a performance in a Bollywood award show ‘Masala awards’. He was scheduled to come back to India on December 6.

This was his first trip to Dubai. The singer posted a video on Instagram captioned, “Hey  #Dubai…I’m in your city and it’s the 1st time I’m here to attend the most popular awards the #masalaawards…See you tonight!”

Previously, Mika Singh courted controversy after Rakhi Sawant filed a case against him for forcibly kissing her during her birthday celebrations in Mumbai.

In 2016, he again made headlines after a 32-year-old Mumbai-based designer filed a criminal complaint, alleging that she was assaulted during a scuffle with the singer at his residence.
