Major General Asif Ghafoor also posted a video tagging it as the second confessional video of Kulbhushan Jadhav, and also posted a picture of a letter labelling it as Kulbhushan’s rejected mercy petition on Twitter.

Pakistan Army Chief claims “Kulbhushan has confessed about his espionage and terrorist activities and seeks forgiveness for his actions and wants military court to spare his life on the grounds of  compassion”,

Army Chief also claimed that Kulbhushan Jadhav had “expressed remorse” at the loss of precious innocent lives “due to his actions”

Kulbhushan Jadhav was arrested by Pakistan after being alleged as an Indian spy in February. Earlier in February, a video was posted by the Pakistan Government, where Jadhav was seen confessing as a spy. The matter was taken to the International Court of Justice last month where India claimed Jadhav is in no sense a spy and Pakistan has fabricated the video and forced Jadhav to accept himself as a spy.
