It showcased a symbiotic existence of both mediums, with hits like Pathaan, Jawan, and Animal, setting the stage for a promising lineup of highly anticipated releases in 2024.

Here’s a rundown of the top 10 Bollywood films poised for next year’s viewing:

Fighter: Following the triumph of Pathaan, Siddharth Anand gears up to captivate audiences with Fighter, reuniting with Hrithik Roshan after their 2019 hit, War. Starring Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi, this aerial action spectacle, produced by Viacom 18 Studios and Marflix Pictures, hits theatres on January 25, 2024.

 

Chandu Champion: Kartik Aaryan ventures into uncharted territory with Chandu Champion, collaborating with director Kabir Khan in a sports-centric role. Scheduled for June 14, 2023, the film generates intrigue, especially with Kartik’s involvement in an impressive 8-minute single-shot war scene.

Singham Again: Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, the third instalment in the cop universe, features Ajay Devgn alongside a star-studded cast including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Akshay Kumar. It’s slated for release on August 15, 2024.

Stree 2: Amar Kaushik’s much-awaited sequel reunites Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee after the success of the first part. Set for release on August 30, 2024, anticipation runs high for this follow-up.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan: Ali Abbas Zafar’s film starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran, is among the most anticipated movies of 2024, hitting screens on Eid 2024.

Merry Christmas: Sriram Raghavan’s romantic thriller featuring Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi delayed its release to January 12, 2024, from its initial December 2023 schedule. The film also stars Radhika Apte and Ashwini Kalsekar, catering to audiences in Hindi and Tamil.

Kalki 2898 AD: Nag Ashwin’s much-discussed film, starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Amitabh Bachchan, postponed its initial January 2024 release. However, fans eagerly await its eventual unveiling.

Sky Force: Abhishek Kapoor and Sandeep Kewlani direct this true story-based film, marking Akshay Kumar’s third theatrical release in 2024, debuting Veer Pahariya. Set for October 2, 2024.

Welcome To The Jungle: The third instalment of the Welcome franchise, slated for December 20, 2024, features an ensemble cast including Paresh Rawal, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, and Lara Dutta under Ahmed Khan’s direction.

Metro… In Dino: Anurag Basu’s star-studded film, releasing on March 29, 2024, boasts talent like Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Anupam Kher, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta, Konkana Sen Sharma, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
