Jammu: In a move that is expected to help Jammu and Kashmir greater strategic vision Noted strategic analyst and academic Amitabh Mattoo on Friday was appointed advisor to the J&k Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
Dr Mattoo will enjoy the rank of a Cabinet Minister.
