12 year old allegedly vandalizes Hindu temple in Pakistan

A Hindu temple was vandalised near Sindh provenance in Pakistan on Saturday. According to the reports, a 12-year-old boy’s footprints have been found near the scene. The area is situated near the national highway and it is situated 60 km from Karachi, one of the major cities of Pakistan.

Pakistan police said, the idols of the temple were damaged and broken pieces and the pieces could be found around the whole surrounding areas. The incident happened in Ghatto town of Thatta district. About 2000 Hindu families live in the district.

“Someone seems to have entered the temple between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. When worshippers came in the morning for prayers, the idols were missing. This is the first time that such a thing has happened in the temple’s history,” he was quoted by the report”. The Hindu councillor reported.

No arrests have been made yet by the police but FIR has been filed against 3 unknown assailants for desecrating the deities. According to the reports
