Eye on upcoming Bihar polls and the high decibel West Bengal elections next year, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Jagat Prakash Nadda on Saturday announced the names of the party’s new national office-bearers.
Dr Raman Singh, Mukul Roy, Annapurna Devi, Baijyant Jay Panda are among those appointed as national vice presidents of the party while Tejasvi Surya, MP from Karnataka, has been appointed as Yuva Morcha President and Rajkumar Chahar as Kisan Morcha President.

Roy, who has been rewarded for BJP’s stellar performance during the general elections, thanked PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah besides J P Nadda for his selection and pledged to work cohesively for BJP’s win in Bengal elections to be held next year.
Bhupendra Yadav, Kailash Vijayvargiya, CT Ravi are among those appointed as national general secretary of the party.
PM Narendra Modi meanwhile congratulated the new team and wished them success.

Incidentally names of new national spokespersons have been announced as well. Rajeev Chandrashekhar, Sanju Verma, Iqbal Singh Lalpura, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Aparajita Sarangi, Hina Gawit, Guruprakash, M Kikon, Nupur Sharma, Raju Bisht, and KK Sharma have been tasked with the job.
