Twitter introduces 140-sec audio tweets for iOS users

After successfully launching fleets a few days back, Twitter has now rolled out audio tweet facility for iOS users.

If you are one of those who don’t like typing much, this feature will be just apt for you since the updated platform will now allow you to record your voice message and tweet it.

On updating the app, iOS based Twitter users will observe a small soundwave icon while formulating a tweet. To use it, you need to press the icon and speak until recording is done. The upper limit for the recording will be 140 seconds. The audio tweet will appear as an embedded video and can be accessed easily like a normal text tweet.
