Former US Secretary of State John Kerry endorses Democrat’s Biden for 2020 Prez polls

Date:

Former US Secretary of State John Kerry has endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden for the Presidential elections in 2020. He will be joining the latter during a political rally in the state of Iowa on Friday.

Biden appears to be the front runner for the Democratic party nomination as Senator Kamla Harris stepped out of the race this week.

John Kerry has said that: “I believe Joe Biden is the President our country desperately needs right now, not because I know Joe so well. I’ve never before seen the world more in need of someone who on day one can begin the incredibly hard work of putting back together with the world Donald Trump has smashed apart”.

“ There has never been a time more urgent for leadership at home that can work for the middle class and tackle existential issues like climate change where we are moving dangerously backwards. Joe is uniquely the person running for President who can beat Donald Trump and get to work on day one at home and in the world with no time to waste”. Mr Kerry added.

President Donald Trump is currently facing an impeachment motion for trying to scuttle Joe Biden’s Presidential claims by forcing Ukraine to investigate cases related to Biden and his son by making an arms deal conditional to this investigation.
