FACT CHECK
When NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture, we found it to be FAKE.
On putting the picture through Reverse Image Search, we came across the one of the pictures from the same event on Getty’s official website. In the picture Imran Khan is not there in the middle.
In the picture US President Donald Trump can be seen talking to President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan while German Chancellor Angela Merkel is seen in the background before the beginning of the first working session of the G20 Nations Summit with the topic ‘Global Growth and Trade’ on July 7, 2017, in Hamburg, Germany.
Since, Imran Khan became the Prime Minister of Paksitan in 2018 and there was no chance of Khan being present in the summit. Moreover, Pakistan is also not the part of G20 nations.
Hence, this proves that Imran Khan’s cut-out has been superimposed using Photoshop software.
