When NewsMobile fact-checked the above video, we found it to be OLD with false claims.
On further processing, we took the key frames of the video and ran a Reverse Image Search and found the video was uploaded by the official page of Congress on December 27, 2018 on the occasion of the Congress party’s foundation day.
Hence, the above information proves that the video is an old one with false claims.
