Briefing the media, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said the decision of suspension of Samjhauta express was a unilateral decision. We regret Pakistan’s decision to stop the link between two countries Kumar said.
“Actions taken by Pakistan unilateral. This has been done without consulting us. We’ve urged them to reconsider their decision. Our sense is that whatever is being done by Pakistan is to present an alarming picture of bilateral relationship.” he said.
