A post has resurfaced on the social media claiming that children can be seen playing barefoot on the road.

FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the photo and found it to be fake.

On putting the image through Reverse Image Search, we found that these pictures were taken in Indonesia.

We found an article published on Trending.com dated 12 October 2018, titles- “This village in Indonesia has a paved road for the very first time.”

We also found another article on brilio.net that stated that the picture was taken on the asphalt road at Wates, Bumi Ratu Nuban, Central Lampung Regency, which is in Indonesia.

This proves that the viral post is FAKE.
