We all swear by our style and favourite ensemble and our nation’s Prime Minister is one of us. For the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he stuck to his signature look from the 2014 swearing-in ceremony.
After BJP led NDA got a massive victory with a majority, Narendra Modi took the oath for the Prime Minister of India for the second consecutive term and looked dapper the ‘Modi Jacket’ with a crisp while Kurta and churidaar. He replicated the look from 2014 for his oath-taking ceremony choosing the same ensemble.
For the 2014 ceremony, PM Modi wore a cream kurta, white churidaar and paired it with a sleeveless ‘bandhgala’ jacket.
For the 2019 ceremony, he chose the crisp white kurta paired with a grey ‘Modi Jacket.’
