An exchange of fire broke out between terrorists and security forces in Tazipora, Mohammadpora area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday shortly after dawn.
Two to three terrorists are trapped in the area and more details are currently awaited.

This comes a day after two terrorists were killed by the forces and their arms and ammunition confiscated in the Anantnag area.
Earlier, with the encounter of wanted terrorist Zakir Musa in Tral, Pulwama, the security forces got a major breakthrough.
Internet services were suspended in the Kulgam area soon after the gunfight broke out as a precautionary measure.
