Fact Checked: Don’t believe this fake picture of PM Modi

After PM Narendra Modi completed his two days visit to Kedarnath on 19th May, 2019, a photo has been making rounds on social media in which he can be seen holding a placard.

The placard reads- “केदारनाथ के पंडित जी ने कहा कि…में लगातार ३ बार प्रधानमंत्री बनूँगा | क्या आप भी यही चाहते है ? ”

FACT CHECK

When NewsMobile checked the post, we found out that the picture is PHOTOSHOPPED.

On putting the image through Reverse Image Search, we found the original picture that belongs to the news agency Agence France-Presse.

The picture is from September 25, 2014, when Narendra Modi unveiled the logo of ‘Make In India’ campaign in New Delhi.

Hence, it proves that the picture is PHOTOSHOPPED.
