When NewsMobile fact-check team put the pictures through Reverse Image Search, we found that the pictures were old.
The pictures in the former posts are taken after ‘Titli’ cyclone which hit Andhra Pradesh in 2018.
We found that the pictures were taken in 2005 in Idukki, Kerala when the region received heavy rainfall that led to a major landslide.
The above information proves that the pictures that are being circulated are old.
