In the FAKE vs real collage, it can be clearly seen that Sambit Patra’s picture is superimposed.
On cropping Sambit Patra from the picture and putting it through Reverse Image Search, we found the original image.
His picture was taken from a tweet on his official Twitter account. The picture was upload on March 31, 2019, while he was campaigning in Odisha.
