Election Central | LIVE: Voter turnout is 76.47% in West Bengal, 65.77% in Madhya Pradesh till 5 pm

Polling for the fourth phase of 2019 Lok Sabha elections in 72 constituencies across nine states including Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.

Mumbai comes in as the highlight of this round. Meanwhile, six seats are going on polling in Madhya Pradesh and 13 in Rajasthan.

17 seats are going on polling in Maharashtra, 13 each in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, eight in West Bengal, six each in Madhya Pradesh and Odisha, five in Bihar, three in Jharkhand and part of the Anantnag constituency in Jammu and Kashmir.

For the BJP, this round is crucial since it lost both states to the Congress in the December assembly elections.

The seven-phase election ends on May 19 and the results will be declared on May 23.
