Ranveer Singh is busy shooting for his next film ’83’ in Dharamshala, in which he will be essaying the role of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev who lead India to victory in the World Cup.
He has been sharing photos and videos with Kapil Dev and BTS pictures of the shoot. Recently he shared a series of pictures with ace cricketer Mohinder Amarnath, fondly called Jimmy.

In another such video, Ranveer shared a boomerang with Jimmy wherein the two are walking on the fields with their back towards the camera and Ranveer asked his fans to guess the player.
After learning the ‘Natraj’ shot and other playing techniques from the legendary cricketer Kapil Dev, Ranveer Singh is now brushing up some more cricketing tricks and tips from Mohinder Amarnath.
Director Kabir Khan is leaving no stone unturned for his film on the life of Kapil Dev following which Balvinder Singh Sandhu along with Kapil Dev and Mohinder Amarnath are training the cast of the film so that nothing goes wrong.
The film based on the 1983 World Cup also stars Saqib Salim, who will be essaying the role of Mohinder Amarnath while Ranveer would be seen portraying the character of legendary Kapil Dev. The cast of ’83’ also features R Badree, Harrdy Sandhu, Chirag Patil, Pankaj Tripathi, Ammy Virk and Saahil Khattar as the World Cup squad.
