Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress president Rahul Gandhi are all set to hold several election rallies in Telangana on Monday.
This will be PM Modi’s second visit to Telangana in four days as he launched the election campaign for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the southern state on Friday (March 29). He would address a public meeting of the party at the LB Stadium in Hyderabad.
While Gandhi, who addressed a public meeting at Shamshabad on the outskirts of Hyderabad on Friday before the announcement of the election schedule, will address three election rallies at Zaheerabad, Wanaparthi and Huzurnagar.
Both the leaders will be campaigning for all 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana and that will gather further momentum in the run-up to the forthcoming Lok Sabha election.

“Prime Minister Modi will address a series of poll in the state. BJP is making elaborate arrangements for the meeting in Hyderabad as it will supplement the party’s campaign for four Lok Sabha constituencies – Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Malkajgiri and Chevella,” news agency ANI quoted BJP MP Bandaru Dattatreya as saying.

PM Modi is also scheduled to hold rallies beginning from Maharashtra, followed by Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Telangana will go to poll in first-phase of the seven phases election on April 11.
