The post read: “He has no heart and is living with the help of this machine. But it’s temporary. Doctors say he’ll require Rs. 50,00,000 for the operation and a new heart! Facebook is paying 1 rupee for every share, so please show some support for this innocent human being. Show your humanity! I did my part, now it’s your turn.”
The above post went viral, and it was shared by over 35,000 Facebook users.
When NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post we found a number of reasons to prove that the above post is FAKE.
Firstly, the man in the picture is Robert Downey Jr. who plays the role of Tony Stark A.K.A The Iron Man who is a Marvel Superhero and certainly Robert Downey Jr. is not suffering from any heart disease.
Further, the metal device is the part of his costume for Iron Man. As you can see in the picture below, his body is just like a normal human and there is no metal device attached to his chest.
Moreover, Facebook does not pay needy ones in return of shares.
Hence, it is very much clear that the above claim is FAKE.
