BJP’s counterattack: Congress is politicising the Pulwama attack

Date:

BJP President Amit Shah on Thursday hit back at the Congress party and said that the grand old party of India had used the Pulwama attack for their political interests.

“They created an issue of the PM Modi’s presence in a programme on the day of the attack. But I want to tell them that PM Shri Narendra Modi will continue to work 18 hours in a day,” said Amit Shah while launching Labharthi Sampark Abhiyan, a nationwide campaign to contact over 22 crore beneficiaries of BJP’s central and state government programs, in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.

“I would like to tell Congress Party not to politicise this attack as it is not going to benefit them,” Shah added.

A few hours back the Congress party accused the BJP of politicising the terror attack on a CRPF convoy in Pulwama that took the lives of more than 40 bravehearts.

“BJP is the only political party in the country to have a zero tolerance against terrorism. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi gave a free hand to the army to choose place and timing,” Shah said while addressing the rally.

The entire country is standing rock solid with the families of martyrs, he added.
