Hollywood singer Chris Brown was arrested in Paris on Monday with two other people on allegations of aggravated rape and drug violations, a French police source.
A 24-year-old woman claimed the singer raped her after calling her in his room at the Le Mandarin Oriental hotel, where he was staying for Paris Fashion Week.

The incident took place earlier this month and the investigation for the same has been going on for quite some time now, and the latest update on it is that Chris has been arrested. News agency ANI put it to their Twitter handle and wrote: ‘Reuters quoting French police source: Singer Chris Brown arrested in Paris on suspicion of rape.’

Brown, 29, whose previous legal troubles include assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. This made headlines around the world when a photo of her bruised face was released.
