The longest bridge in Arunachal Pradesh was opened this year and is a big boon for the people living there. The Dibang Bridge is 6.25 kilometres long which takes less time to reach from one place to another.
A 2-lane 33-kilometre road is another big project which was completed this year by the government along with the bridge. Earlier, the drive between the two places used to take approximately three hours owing to the traffic jams and the elephant river crossing.
The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu tweeted on his handle about his journey on the road and the bridge and has praised the government as well as Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his tweet.
