Delhi: Four children and a woman were feared dead in North Delhi’s Ashok Vihar area where a three-storeyed building collapsed on Wednesday morning, the officials said.

“It was an old three-storey building. We are trying to ascertain how old it was and also if it was listed as a ‘dangerous buildings’,” the official said. Eight others are injured in the accident that happened at 9 am.

Out of the eight injured three people are critical and the search operation is still on. Complaints about the building was raised an year ago before the Municipal Corporation but the complaints went unheard, according to the reports.
