Militants abducted two more relatives of six Jammu and Kashmir cops on Friday which brings the number to 11 now, who raided the houses of the policemen in four districts of South Kashmir on Thursday evening.

This comes after the security forces conducted multiple raids and arrested relatives of some terrorists in the last two days. On Thursday a policemen was kidnapped and was sent back home after he was questioned and thrashed.
“Police has compelled us to follow the course of an eye for an eye and an ear for an ear. “Policemen are advised in their own interest to give up their jobs or be prepared to face the worst,” Naikoo, whose father was arrested by police two days back, said.

Terrorists barged into the homes of the policemen in Pulwama, Anantnag and Kulgam districts and kidnapped the family members. Among the kidnapped people, the son and brother of a policemen is there, who is posted in South Kashmir.
Former Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has shown his concern and said the developments in this case are ‘worrisome’.
