An armed man with a knife killed two people and injured another person on Thursday morning in a town of Southwest Paris, the officials said. The attack has been claimed by ISIS and the man was later found and killed by the police, a local government official said.

“My first thoughts go to the victims and their loved ones,” Interior Minister Gerard Collomb wrote on Twitter. “I want to commend the security forces for their exemplary reaction and mobilisation.”
