Kerala is merged in water and the life has come to a standstill. The state has been hit by the worst floods ever and has claimed almost 324 lives. The Indian Army, Navy and Airforce are there at the spot and are helping the people to reach to the relief camps. Till now, 2.2 Lakh people are in relief camp.
Till now, 42 Navy, 16 Army, 28 Coast Gaurd and 39 National Disaster Relief Force Teams (NDRF) were engaged in the rescue operations. The military has pushed more than 200 boats. Another four aircraft and three Coast Gaurd ships have also been brought in.
