While the fans are closely following the ongoing test match between India and England at Lord’s cricket ground, something else about the Lord’s caught the attention of the Twitterati.
Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) posted a pic of lunch menu for the teams.
A well earned Lunch for #TeamIndia.

Though items like grilled chicken, chicken tikka curry, paneer tikka curry, dahl makhani, chocolate mousse were present on the menu, a certain something grabbed the most attention. The presence of ‘braised beef pasta’ did not go down well with some of the Indian Twitter users.
Why beef is there in menu for the INDIAN TEAM????

Beef? How this allowed?

While some were busy blaming BCCI for the menu, others came to rescue
Kyun bawaal macha rahe ho Beef per? That’s a just a Menu and that too outside India!! Ab angrej bhi anti national ho gaye kya?
— IamIndian (@Unfuk_Withable) August 11, 2018
Lol. This is the combined menu for both teams. I don’t think BCCI is stupid enough to feed the team beef and tweet it publicly.
