Just 60 kilometres before you reach Jaipur, you can spot an old-style rustic set-up behind the rows of trucks. Basant Dhaba

Spread over a huge area in Bilaspur, Basant Dhaba is spread across three sections, the non-air-conditioned restaurant, the air-conditioned restaurant and the party hall. It is a great place to relax for as long as you want and order their assorted pakoda platter while taking a pit-stop.
